On June 12, the UFRJ Science Park hosts the awarding event of the five best works carried out in the graduate programs of the University about issues related to the inclusion of marginalized groups or proposals of actions which aim at improving the life quality of these groups. The UFRJ Affirmative Actions, a partnership of the Pro-Rectory for Graduate Studies and Research (PR 2) with the Park, will give awards in cash, in the amounts of R$ 7 thousand, R$ 3 thousand and R$ 2 thousand for the top three, respectively, and R$ 1 thousand for two works that deserve honorable mention. The awarding criteria were based on originality and innovative nature, as well as the depth of their analyses and the potentiality for practical applicability.
