On November 13, the UFRJ Science Park, the Coppe Business Incubator and the startup We Age launched the movement 40+In. The initiative aims to encourage and support innovative entrepreneurship among professionals aged 40 or above. In its first stage, the 40+In will try to identify talented professionals aged over 40 who regard entrepreneurship as an opportunity to re-invent themselves or grow in their present career. After that, events for engagement and networking reinforcement will take place. The launch had an audience of around 50 people at the auditorium of the UFRJ Science Park and, up to the present moment, around 150 people have already registered in the platform.
