The UFRJ Science Park is promoting the sixth edition of the Gastronomic and Cultural Fair on September 11, 12 and 13. Current and former students of the Gastronomy course and other students of the university interested in participate in the event by showing and selling food products can apply until July 6. The call is available on the Park’s website. The Park will select proposals of meals, snacks, desserts and vegetarian cuisine. The Fair will happen from 11 am until 8 pm and it will include presentations of independent bands of the UFRJ. There will also be a happy hour with artisanal drinks.
