On June 1, innovative ideas for the health area won a prize in the closing event of “Hacking Health”, a global movement supported by the Park that gathered health, technology, design and entrepreneurship professionals in a hackathon on the creation of solutions for the health system. One of the winners was the “Checkin Saúde” project, an app that helps users of healthcare plans clear exams and other procedures before patients arrive at the hospital. Another winner was “SuperAção”, a social network and app for women with cancer that connects patients to other women who are now cured.
